Acupuncture & IVF

Has anyone got a BFP on an IVF cycle without doing acupuncture? I see so many peopel suggestion acupuncture, & I would like to do it but I am going out of province to do finish up my cycle in a couple days..I will be on about day6 of stims so I don't know any acupuncturists, and I dont know the city well enough to feel comfortable driving around there..especially since I will have to use my hubby's aunts car until he comes.  

So is it really that terrible I am not doing it?

BTW we have male factor infertility..

I've done acupuncture for other things, not ivf, I can see from past experiences how it could be helpful, as it relieved a lot of stress, I am a nervous flier, so I did it before our trip overseas last year and it helped a lot, according to my husband. I've also used it for shoulder pain.

I didn't do it with our first Ivf attempt, but am planning on going to our local community acupuncture place soon, and see what they can do, to help, at least I know it will help me from feeling to stressed out, and I will do anything I can that might help increase our chances of success. For me anything that helps with reducing the stress would be great.

Sure Jen. Many women did get BFP without accupuncture. And many got BFN on accupuncture. So it is not mandatory.
