Anyone Starting IVF Cycle December

I am Looking for cycle buddies
I am starting my first IVF cycle next week.
Dec.18th cd20  Re appt.
I will get my meds providing i dont have any cyst
.I will start Lupron on Dec.19th cd21

I will be starting Lupron on Dec. 17th, however I will be doing a Frozen Embroy Transfer so we are sort of on the same schedule, the transfer was scheduled for January 15th however the IVF coordinator called yesterday and she asked if we could move it go January 16th, I said sure, what's one more day! We are very close.Hope all goes well for the both of us! I am guessing somewhere around January 13th for my ER and January 16th for ET.The RE said i will be doing a 3DT .Keep me posted.

Hey Jess,

I have gone through the whole process, so any questions you have let me know, I will try the best I can to help you through, alot of people on this site are very educated with the process and the more posts I read the better I understood and understand the process. I wish I would have posted in June for my first failed round of IVF, however I was to scared to join! Even w/ the second round, a FET! However, I joined this time as the support groups on here are fabulous and the prayers and well wishes from everyone are beyond belief! So best of Luck and SSBD to you!!

When is your ET date? Is this a fresh cycle or a frozen? It seem we both had a M/C with the last one, you in Sept. me in Oct. Good Luck to you and lets keep in touch! SSBD!

Started my Lupron today, 30 more days until the FET! Yipee, hopefully with the Holidays time will fly by!

I have RE apt. tomorrow morning at 9:45
I will start lupron on Friday cd21 if i have no cyst
How are the Lupron shots i will have to do them  my self my Dh is terrifed of shots !

Good luck today, no cysts, I will be thinking of you!! The Lupron shots for me are a piece of cake, I just make sure I take it out of the fridge for about 5-10 minutes before giving the shot, it seems like when it's cold, it stings a little. Again, GOOD LUCK and let me know how it goes!

I'll have my appointment tomorrow, friday, and have lupron on friday as well, cd22.
My lupron is stated on the box, keep below 70F or room temp, and do not leave it freeze.
Why is mine different yours, cwolf1006?

I am not sure why they are differnent, the Dr.'s office as well as the pharmacy said to leave it refridgerated, I just do not inject it when it is cold becuase it reduces the sting effect if it's more like room temperature when I inject it.

What does everyone else do?

I got the go ahead no Cyst!!! I will start my lupron on cd22 which is saturday my box  states keep below 77f but the nurse told me to be sure i didnt put it in the ref.Why are they different?How is everyone? I am very excited to start the whole process but nervous at the same time.SSBD.I will pray we all get our BFP this cycle!

Yea, for the no cyst! I really am not sure about the Lupron, even when it's sent to me it's sent in a cooler with ice packs and I had it sent to my work and the pharmacy said you know it should be refridgerated. That is so weird, I will have to look at my box and see what it says when I get home, that makes me a little worried.

I just can't wait for the holidays to be over! I can't believe I am saying this, but I am looking forward to the two week wait! I am super excited and a little nervous as well!!

All: I am glad we are all so close in the process, and I will pray this is the time for all of us too, SSBD to all!

Does anyone's protocol call for taking aspirin/baby aspirin? Mine does not and I read on alot of websites that it's included! Just wondering if I should ask the Dr. about taking it this time.

I'll take baby aspirin after ER, my RE said because he does not want me to bleed on ER.
I believe I brought Leuproreline/Leuprolide as Lupron.  Maybe I dont need to put it in refridgerate.

Maybe that is why, my Dr. made me purchase the brand Lupron, that makes me feel a little bit better, thank you!

everything is great.  I have 10cc lupron last night, dec 19.
I'll have another apt on dec 29, if everything is OK, I'll start repronex + bravell on that day.
