Unfortuantly what my DH and I were not told was that it typically takes 3-6 attempts at IUI before success.  Grrr! I was SO let down when we found out it was a BFN and AF showed herself.  But if at first you don't succeed - TRY TRY AGAIN!
I'm not getting to hopeful this time, of course i want that BFP, but if it doesn't come we'll just head back to the MD office and do it all again.  I'm only using Femara - no injections or anything so I guess we'll see.
SSBD to you!!!

i had my 1st iui on 9/21 and the first day was horrific with the pain and took the day off from work but 8 days later my cramps have subsided... i was very thirsty too and had the left and right side of my overies with alot of pressure right after i took the crinone... i called my dr and he said it was prob because of all the hormones and my overies working over time... i have to go for my blood work on 10/5... i have a bad feeling i will be doing this again.... wish you the best of luck
