Your scheduled on the 8th, that's great. I had my ER today and ET is scheduled for 4/30. We will be 2ww buddies. FET is so nice compared to fresh cycle... Not as much running around like a crazy person and less meds that make you sick. I hope this is your BFP you've been waiting for!
1974 Sara Welcome!
The needles are small I don't find them painful but I cheat a little too! I have a 10-12 incision that runs diagonal on my belly from a back surgery. If I do my shots on that side I don't feel them at all. But even on the side I can feel I don't think it's painful. Try using ice and alternate injection sites like baby time says. It helps!
I had my BW and US done today. Lining looks good at 10.2 mm. All set for transfer on 5/8. Got whole bunch of instructions regarding the meds.
How is it going with everyone else here?
Welcome! My first IVF as wwll, I am on Stim day 5.
ICE ICE ICE!!!!!!!!!!! I have Lupron, Menopur, and Gonol-F. All shots in my belly, the best advice I got that works is ice, and move them around so they are not in the same spot.
Hi ladies
This is my first IVF cycle and I would love the company, if you don't mind me joining!
I'm currently sniffing syneral since CD21 and waiting for AF to start the meds. I've got gonal-f and menopur and I'm quite scared about starting the shots! I have no idea for how long I've got to do them as I have to go back to the doctor's for instructions once AF arrives.
Any advice on how to do the injections as painlessly as possible would be appreciated! :) Also how do you manage to do them if you're at work?
Sending you all lots of positivity :)
on Stim day 5... lowered gonol dose again... Now at 75. I forgot to ask my numbers for bloodwork but will be back on Friday for more.
On Stim day 5... U/S came back with 23 potential follies so far!!! Still waiting on bloodwork to know if doses will change again.
