August IVF -ers!

I know its a little early but I am looking for some cycle buddies for my August IVF.  This will be IVF #2 for this year.  I turned 40 end of December. My first IVF resulted in twins but stopped growing at 7 weeks.   I have been doing everything I can to prepare my body and mind for the next IVF.  I've shed 30 pounds (so far, and still losing) since the height of my last pregnancy, been doing acupuncture since mid-May, exercising 4 times per week and will start chinese herbs this week.  

So far, I had a clomid challenge test earlier this month and I was a 12.2 and it went down to 7.4!  This is the lowest number I have had in 1.5 years since I started seeing an IVF doctor.  So, I was very excited.  My insurance approved my IVF + assisted hatching so I am all set.  

Would love to hear from some of you about your journey and next procedure.  I took a break from the site for a few weeks because I had nothing much to report but want to get back into the community.  Hope everyone has a great summer and *****baby dust to all****!!!!

Hi BP, I'm doing good. Thanks for asking. Still in my 2WW.  Today I'm 9dp3dt and hoping for a BFP. Beta is 10/7, just two days away. So exciting to see all the positive postings. It encourages all of us to continue pressing toward our dreams. Continue to pray for me and DH.

Hi Girls,

I had my first scan yesterday and everything is perfect ! Dr said its upto the mark and I heard the beautiful heartbeat as well.... I was so thrilled ! now they have transferred us to OBYGN and so we'll be meeting her this week..
I am having nausea everyday... and not much appetite !
looking forward to next 7 months !!

Mel- All the best for your next scan and all of your follies will be grown up !!

Anne-  yes they calculate from the baseline date.. mine was 13th August and hence I am now 7.4 weeks !  good that you dont have any food problems yet !! hope you are resting enough and dont panic for 14th oct.. all will be just fine !

Travelcat and Rozy- how are you girls ? how far both of you are and any new symptoms ? when are your next scans?

Nakineen - how are you doing ? take full rest ! when is your scan date ?

mhv- great to know that all your embies are great growing ! your lining will be thickened.. dont worry.. all of us are praying for you...

Thank you, had 3rd progress scan follies,12, 12, 13, 16 and one 29! which they say looks like turning into a cyst, so will lose that one.next scan mon and hopefully egg ret wed, transfer friday. really need to get at least 2 fertilised even can put 3 back in if we get them.
