BFP with Multiples from 2 5d FET

Hello all, I am new to this site. I started posting questions after my first IVF during my 2WW, and it was driving me crazy! My blood work was this morning. I wasn't expecting an U/S, however, when I arrived they told me that my dr requested the U/S in addition to B/W. The nurse made a point to tell me that it will be too early to see anything & they will compare my lining of my uterus with the labs.

The tech took one look at the monitor and said you have 3 gestational sacs. It looks like one embryo split into two, so u have 3! I have a photo!

I almost fell off the table. My husband didn't accompany me, because we thought it was just labs & that we would get our results later.

I'm still in shock. We have been through so much with my adneyomyosis & 3 failed IUIs.

Boy, I'm so sorry.  Those are discouraging numbers.  Did you say the doctor plans to remove the cysts to see what they are?  It seems very odd to me that you would get cysts coincidentally with doing IVF and not have them be related to the IVF.  

When I was on Lupron for IVF, it kind of knocked me around.  My doctor changed me to Ganerilex, possibly you could ask your doc about that.  They usually just used Lupron because it was cheaper, but I was happier on the Ganerilex.

Well. I have been on this site for about 4 yrs, and your u/s was the first I had ever seen looking like your did.  

Can I ask if you have any frozen embryos?   I really hope you are able to try again soon, I know the waiting is tortuous.  We are here if you need us.

My doctor called this afternoon. The third blood test is negative for HCG. They didn't give me a number and I didn't ask. I am instructed to stop all hormones and call when my period begins. Just what I need right before Thanksgiving...geesh. I also have adneyomyosis so my periods are extremely painful and heavy. My doctor will have to put me on Lupron for a couple of months to bring my hemoglobin back to normal and calm my uterus down...again. umph.

Anniebrooke, my first HCG was a 3, my second was below 2, and the third they didn't give me a figure, and I didn't ask.

If a physician reads this, can you please post an opinion? Thank you.
