Beta HCG levels after 2ww low

Dear frnds,

I am new to this site. Have been reading threads and they are so informative. Makes me feel better going through it. I have a question can someone pl help.
I went in for my Beta HCG level test 12 days after embryo transfer today(IVF). The result has come as 21.51 MIU /ml. My doc told me that its not negative but it is on a lower range of pregnancy. He would consider it positive and continue the treatment for the time being. He has given some support injection today and asked for a retest on 17th Dec. I am so confused. I dont know if I am really pregnant and If I am then is it going to be healthy. Can you pl tell me anything more abt it.Also, just for some additional info, I had two embryo transfers. one was on 29th Nov and the other on 30th Nov. Does it have to do anything with it. Can I do anything to increase the values. Is it normal to have such low values at times...waiting to hear from you:)

Hi there! 25 is ok for a first beta... What is more important than the actual number of the beta is that it should double every other day. So the second beta will give a clearer picture.
check out this site for more info which shows the broad ranges of betas for healthy pregnancies:

Best of luck and tons of baby dust to you!
Sam.
