Green tea and raspberry tea

Hello all-

Has anyone taken green tea and raspberry leaf supplements while doing IVF? Some information says no to green tea but others show success. This is my second cycle. Our first failed. Looking for some soluntions to help me along with a possible different outcome. I am planning a May FET.

Thanks

I got my mother to purchase some raspberry leaf tea for me the other day because I heard it was good for improving the lining of the uterus. Mum mentioned to the lady at the health shop that she didn't know what it was for though. The lady replied, it's for pregnant women. Anyway, I read the box, and it stated quite clearly, not to be used in early pregancy so I'm steering clear on that one for a while just to be safe.

the only thing about green tea is the caffeine I think. If you use the 2nd steeping, there will be less caffeine in it. I usually just let mine set for a couple of minutes then throw that tea out or let my husband drink it and then I drink the next one. good luck.
