Does anyone here have experience with pregnancy over 42 with PCOS?

Hi all! I'm 43 and TTC. I have had one successful pregnancy to my 7 yo son and i experienced my 3rd miscarriage this past April (1st in 2005, 2nd in 2006, baby in 2009, and 3rd in 4/2016). I just had an AMH performed and since I have PCOS my doctor said it was surprisingly high, so in a way I am happy about that. I also had genetic testing done since my last m/c was trisomy 21 at 12 weeks. So I am back at it again and would like to know if anyone has had similar experiences at this age as well. What methods you have used what has worked and not worked for you? I am also taking metformin 750mg. I am seeing a fertility specialist on Monday just to see what else I can be doing. Wish me luck! Any feedback is welcome! I really want another baby!
