Can one fall pregnant with one fallopian tube?

I had an ectopic pregnancy last year and they had to remove my left fallopian tube and was left with my right tube. So since then I don't know if it's possible to ovulate from the right tube and fall pregnant. I really need your honest opinion on this.  And how long it takes for one to pregnant with one tube.

Thank you.

I'm in the same situation. I had an ectopic about 2 years ago where the tube ruptured and was removed.  I'm still trying to conceive since then.  According to my doctor you can still get pregnant but it lowers your odds since you have to ovulate on the side that has the tube to conceive and it's not true that one month it's the left and the next it's the right. So you just have to be patient.
