Wow, those are some huge follies :)
And thats a lot of pressure on hubby! But if you do it daily, I'm sure you'll get those big follies of yours at the right time. Good luck and SSBD
Sam
Thanks hun ;o)
Well, yesterday I had 2-3 "ready" but they wanted the other 2 to catch up! They up'd my dose to 300 IU's cuz my E2 dropped like 50 points....WEIRD! They said it's common just before ovulation for E2 to drop, but I still think that's ODD!
Went back today & my BIG one they think O'd cuz it was gone, yesterday it was 23x20 & today my biggest was 22 or 21.......I had TONS of CM late afternoon yesterday & some strong O pain, which I was thinking it felt like O. So I/we don't know if I had another one pop up over night???? IDK, but I got an HCG trigger this morning;)
We Bd'd Wed, Fri, & Sat.......& will tonight, & tomorrow & Tuesday;) Hubby is feeling PRESSURE though Grrrrrrrrrrr
Good luck with the BD'ing. My doc said that there isnt much difference between IUI and TI unless there are sperm issues, and my DH sperm is fine but I still prefer to do both BD and IUI... Hoping this is the one :)
Waiting fot you in the 2ww, have you reached?
Hugs and SSBD
Sam
I agree with Sammy ;). I had 2 IUIs done last July, & it was nothing. The trick is to "relax" the PA said to me I did great! She has women who tighten up & it makes it really hard. So u just need to chill while they r doing it ;). Honestly, a pap. Is MUCH worse for me! That actually hurts me!
Best of luck to both of you!
Were doing TI, but I'll be right behind you! I'm going in a few to check on my follies & hopefully trigger tomorrow ;)
Don't be nervous. The first time I was pretty nervous but now this is my third and I have 2 IUIs each time so I've been thru the procedure 4 times. When I was nervous it hurt slightly, but just like a regular ob/gyn examination. Then when I got relaxed it didn't hurt just a bit uncomfortable feeling.
I've got my trigger shot and now the IUI will be 36 hours later. Then docs will decide if they want to do another 24 hours after the first one.
The 2ww is awwwwwwwwwfulllll! Especially towards the end... and then you get a first beta but it isn't conclusive until you get the second one and it has doubled so you're just hanging in there waiting for the outcome of all the shots and suppositories and ultrasounds etc... Argh! Well I'm glad you'll be with me. Lets stay calm and positive and get our BFPs :)
Hugs...
I'm so nervous for the IUI. does it hurt? This is my first one. I had a base ultrasound on CD 3 everything looked normal. I had about 15 follies on each ovary. Then today I had one just to make sure everything was looking okay and there was the one that was 22mm and then the rest were all around 10mm. My estrogen levels were low so she put me on a supplement but everything else is looking good. My endo was around 8.
Praying BFP's for everyone.
Sammy- good luck tomorrow with the IUI. Keep us posted. and can't wait to be 2ww with you! :)
Oh I just realised we'l be cycle buddies... see you in the 2ww! Lets get some BFPs, ok?
:)
Don't worry as long as the follies are the right size it is not too early. My follies took extra long this time, usually after 11 days of shots I have one follie of 20. But this time I was really worried as it took 13 days but now I have 3 follies above 18, and endo is around 7. So I trigger today and IUI tomorrow.
Praying it works...
Hugs n baby dust to you!
DITTO what Heather said;). Ok I'm guessing they DID do an base US on CD2 or 3 right??? Just to make sure you had no cyst. Cuz that is WAY fast;)
my CD6 US showed I had 4 follies growing @ 15, 14, 14, & 13 ( have one ovary) & I'm on gonal-f 225iu. My E2 was @ 284 & my RE was really happy, so far linining @ a 6.
Anyway, keep us posted! I was worried mine were growing too fast! I go back tomorrow & I bet I'll trigger Saturday;)
Lots of luck!!!
Holy moly...that is fast!!! Good luck with the IUI!
