ad_06: I'm sorry your niece is being so immature, but she is only 20 & living w/her grandma. I'm sure there's a bit of jealousy there too. You have a happy marriage, your own place & you're expecting. She's just going to put herself in a position where it's even harder to stand on her own two feet. Take care & enjoy the limelight with us, your dh & your true friends :)

sbumblebeeo: Geez, it keeps getting "better", huh!? I'm glad you have your shower to look forward to! Your mom will make it special & it sounds like you'll have a great time :)   Looking forward to seeing new pics!!!

dnikki: What kind of double stroller did you get? We've got ours picked out & ready to order :) The things I ordered from Babies r Us should be here Friday, so I'm excited to look through everything! We decided on a Graco play yard with twin bassinets to keep in our bedroom. That way, the babies will sleep with us & then we can take it to grandma's too. As far as our nursery goes, dh had to get the hallway prepared for flooring too, so it would all flow. The wood goes from where the hallway begins & through the babies' room. He's got a good portion done & it looks beautiful!!! (I took a quick peak!)

Thanks ladies for all the support. I just had to get it off my chest. It's always nice to be able to vent to a neutral party.

I can't wait to be out of the "danger zone", only a little while longer :) The time does go by faster than what you think. I go tomorrow for my blood work and my 1 hr glucose test....hope I can handle not eating breakfast in the morning....lol

mommyin10-  Yep I have a crappy family and so does DH.  It makes me wonder why I even live in this rotten snow belt!  He could never leave his son though so we're stuck.  On with more exciting news....  What did you order from Babies R Us?

sbumblebeeo: My parents had given us $500 for our anniversary in Dec to do whatever for the babies, so I used that at babies r us online to buy the Graco play yard w/twin bassinets, a blanket for each bassinet, onesies, socks, bottles, liners & bottle brush, diapers, hooded bath towels, a diaper genie & refill, lotion and head to toe wash, etc, etc :) There are still a lot of things we need, but I feel better havingvsome essentials :)

Mommyin10: I got the Graco Tango in the Tongo Duoglider stroller. I just got it put together - Not to hard but I did manage to mush my big toe lol...It seems really nice - It moves easily although it is just a little bulky - but with a double stroller, I think they're going to be! What's funny is that the stroller arrived before my nipple shields lol! The nursery is almost complete. I washed all the newborn clothes (I think lol) and the 0-3mo sleepers. All the burp cloths are washed as well as bibs. I do have a bunch of clothes left to go through and organize them by size now that I have some boxes :-) I also got the car seat and bases cleaned I just need to put the seat back together...I'm soooo ready for my appt tomorrow and see if they are going to do a weight check in the next couple of wks or not and also to see if her head is engaged yet!!

Well, as I told Mommyin10 I got the stroller together and the car seat and bases cleaned today. I called DH to tell him I made an appt. for the dogs on Thursday morning...I told him I was going to try to wash them and he wouldn't let me lol, which is just fine and dandy with me!! So he'll wash them either tonight or tomorrow...I did get to the chiropractor's today and my pelvis feels somewhat better for the moment. But DH and DS will be home any minute!! I'll check in later!!!

Hey girls! Just checking in to say hello! I got a new car today!!! It's a 2007 Volvo S60 and I love it so so much. I haven't gotten a positive OPK yet but I have to run to the store and get some more here shortly. Hope you are all doing well.
