I actually took another test this morning and it came out positive I already made a doctors appointment for Friday to confirm everything it wasn't planned at all but I'm happy I had a miscarriage about four years ago so I'm just scared and nervous hoping if I am pregnant to have a healthy pregnancy thank you for taking the time to respond

Just keep taking those tests.  If you have a doctor available, I'd say go in for a blood test to ease your mind a little.  But if you don't, order the cheap dip tests from early-pregnancy-tests.com (if you're trying to conceive and are likely to keep testing in the coming months), that way you can test twice a week and just wait and see.
I hate wait and see.  Good luck.
