I have the same issue and started acupuncture to treat my Fallopian tubes. You have to take Chinese Herbs too. I have been doing it for 5 months and feel Amazing. My acupuncturist approved me to try natural last month... Fingers crossed!

It is true that Kaiser doesn't cover those costly measures to get pregnant, but they do cover all pregnancy and childbirth-related costs once you do get pregnant.  I have Kaiser and I did IVF, and they covered me just like any other pregnant woman.  Given the extraordinary costs of IVF, it's not surprising that an HMO interested in keeping their costs manageable won't go there, little though I liked getting a second job to pay for my IVF.  But we did it, and we paid out of pocket.  If you aren't using a donor egg, the costs won't be as high as we faced.  Good luck!
