I also have PCOS pretty bad and my husband has poor morphology so we basically had to do IVF to have a chance of getting pregnant.  I started IVF the first time in May and was due for retrieval in late May but I responded to well to the meds that I had to stop the cycle because my estrogen was to low.

I then started another cycle in September where I responded well too and they got 25 eggs.  18 of them fertilized.  I could not go through with the transfer because I responded so well that I hyperstimulated.  I had a FET on Nov. 21st and I got my BFP yesterday.  Good luck to you!!

I have pcos also and DH has low count and motility. We just found out we are pregnant from are 1st IVF cycle. We are so excited. The process starts out with ovarian supression by being put on Birth control pills for about 3 weeks then moving on to a injection called lupron given daily for about 10 days. Then you will start your stimulation injections daily for about 14 days. After 4-5 days of stims they will do ultrasounds and bloodwork every other day or every day until they see you have follicle growth of at least two eggs at 20mm and the rest right below that. At that point you will give yourself a HCG injection and then in 36 hours is your retrieval. 3-5 days later they transfer the embryos back. After retrieval you will take an antbiotic and hopefully medrol(steriod). Also you will start estrogen patches or pills and progesterone shots or suppositories or both. Its alot of work but well worth it at the end. Good luck. I wish you success.
