Clomid, Gonal-F, & Ovidrel

ok, I've never ever posted but need some support/optimism.  My h and I have tried 4.5 years, 3 MC last year, 1 year later...not pg at all.  1st pregs were with 50mg clomid.  Now been back on clomid 8 months.  This month we added gonal-f and ovidrel to the equation and upped the clomid to 100mg.  I'm praying this works.  Does anyone have info/stats on the "1st time" success rate with gonal-f.  No insurance coverage b/c of my previous 3 mc I'm considered "fertile"....what a joke, right?  They discovered why I had the 3 mc, and now if I can just get PG I think I can make it through.  Any optimism is appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

Did the treatment work for you the first time?
I am going to try the same combination of meds this month.

I forgot to add that we are doing IUI in a few days too.  My Dr. only recommends 1 insemination.  Would you insist on 2???
