AF is here :( Advice needed
well she is here...today being cd1 because of the flow..yesterday some wonderful people helped me because i always counted day1 the first tme i saw any sign of her! so from the lastday of my bleeding with mc to my first cycle was 34 days...........and first cycle to second is another 31 days.....so for next month ttc....how should i calculate my o???? and how do i figure out my lutheal phase?????? thank you all for being so wonderful!
To calculate your luteal phase you have to know the exact day of "O", after "O" the number of days till your next AF would be your Luteal phase.
