Possible pregnancy signs

Does anybody know any of the multitude of early pregnancy signs.  Obviously, missed AF, but anything that might be construed as a sign very early on.  I am 12 dpo and have been feeling a little strange.  I was actually pregnant back in March, but had a m/c at 7 weeks.  As I was giving myself a break the one month I became pregnant, I wasn't aware of any signs until after it was confirmed.  Anyway, my stomach has been a little upset after eating breakfast;  have been waking up early with serious hunger pangs;I have had some cramping similar to AF, but less diffuse and for short duration, I have been breaking out a little on my neck (which also occurs with AF), I needed to take a nap yesterday, have been yawning for the past 3 days, and have been gassy (sorry)  Like I said, everything I feel gives me hope, but I am afraid I am being sucked into the abyss of believing yet again.  

Any hints from those who have been PG will be greatly appreciated.  I have not even spoken to my friends/family about my TTC, so I can't even ask them.

I m in 6the week of it.  But still not sure. But i missed my period.  5days late.  I tested it ryt after when the due date is and the result after n hour is positive.  But then after 2days its a negative result. N from days m feeling very hungry.   N in 4the week i have symptoms of all like dizziness, fatigue, frequent urination, headache.   Can any one suggest please suggest me that m i pregnant or not!!

Some early signs can be blue veins in your breasts showing up where the blood supply is being increased. Also darker colored nipples. You may also feel a light pressure in your uterus, I had all these in my early pregnancy in December. My DH actually noticed the nipple color darker and then I read it in the What To Expect Book that it happens.
