???Evening Primrose Oil for CM???? How much, when??

I have heard that evening primrose oil is good to take before O to help w/ CM.  I get cm all month long but have noticed not around O always and I do NOT get ewcm only creamy/watery.  Do you know when I should start taking it and how much and for how long????  I will also be taking clomid this cycle 50mg cd 5-9. I am currently on cd 4.         I dont know if that matters or not.  I would like to bd around O to help insure my next IUI but I dont see how it will help if I am not getting good cm to help the spermies get where they need to be.  Any help would be appreciated.

from the research I did, it says around 1500gm~3000gm, or follow the instructions on the bottle...

As far as how much, I would follow the instructions on the bottle - at least that's what I did.  As to when, I would take it like sweetdrda said - starting cycle day one until the day you ovulate.

you should start taking EPO on day one to your O day, then switch it to Faxseed oil.
