Could i be pregnant?

Okay. To start off I'm going to give you a little history.
Two years ago I started the depo shot. I got off of it in April of 2012. In February of 2013 I had started my periods once again. Although they were light, and gettin more normal as the months went on. I had them every month just like I had previous to being on the shot. In June I did not have one, nor did I have one in July. In august I went to my dr she took some blood work and she prescribed medroxyprogestron 10mg po Q 7 days (seeing as my bloodworm came back pregnant free.) After those 7 days were up I had a full period, and continue to do so until here recently. As of November and so far this moth (December) I have failed to have a period. Thinking I was pregnant I took a test. My symptoms included: tiredness, nausea (got better after I are something) acne break outs, lower back pain, frequent headaches, slightly swollen breasts, weird sensations in my stomach, and a higher then normal sex drive. After I had taken the test it came back negative.

Should I go back to my doctor for another round of the medicine that se had given me, or should I wait it out, or could be be possible that I am pregnant?

Why were you on LupronDepot? I'm on it now and will be for the next 4-5 months.

Go back to your doctor and ask for a blood test. Symptoms are not a good indication of pregnancy and because you have history of irregular cycles then it's worth finding out exactly what's going on, you may be pregnant or you could have some type of vitamin or hormone deficiency that's causing your symptoms and delayed period
