Cramps 3.5 weeks after transfer normal?

Hey all, I just found this site and am hoping it will be as helpful as it seems! I have a questions about cramping while pregnant.
I had 2 embryos transfred on 11/8. My beta test on the 18th was 76 and then on the 21st it was 184, which was really great. On the 27th I had some bleeding in the morning, but it stopped by the afternoon. I had some more spotting on the 30th, but just a small amount. Yesterday and today I have been having mild cramping and of course am worried it's a misscarriage. I am taking Endomitrin(progesterone) and Estrodiol vaginally. Has anyone else had bleeding and cramping and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy? This is my 2nd IVF, the first one took, but didn't develop past the 1st beta test.

babywanted- I am hoping everything is ok especially since there was just a small amount of red blood on the 27th and only light pinkish spotting a few days later. I have thought of getting another HCG, but the insurance doesn't cover it and since I only have to wait until Wed. next week for the u/s I figure it might not be worth it.

tcr21- I HATE waiting..LOL

Ask for another blood work to make sure HCG is still raised.  Cramping is normal and progresterone may cause the spotting also.  I had MC before.  It was spotting at first then red blood keep going on and on for a week even HCG is still raised and finally it dropped.  With previous pg, I also got cramps and spotting a little bit and my son just turn to 4 months last week.  Congratulation and enjoy healthy pg.
