Disappointed

after having an usual light  "early period " , clear sticky discharge , headaches, swollen sore breasts, nausea and mood swings
Iv just did a pt , a couple of days after my period ended and its negative !
I'm so disappointed , I thought for sure I was as This "period " was so unusual
Anyone have an tips on boosting fertility ? I don't want to buy an ovulation kit yet as I think I'd become obsessive about falling pregnant
All advice welcome x

I agree with the other comments.  I would try an app and start taking prenatal vitamins.

Thanks girls ; its a pain .. You start doubting your body -
There's these women who fall pregnant at a sneeze and it makes you mad ha!

Have your partner take zinc as it helps make good quality sperm and also take for your self folic acid or other over the counter vit and mins for healthy pregnancy

There are some good apps if you have a table or a smart phone. They can help you monitor periods and ovulation. Instead of just hoping, it may be worth it to purchase an ovulation kit or consult with your gyn. There is such a science to getting pregnant now a days.

I went through the same thing about a week before my period; I guess we wanna be preggo so bad we obviously fool our bodies somehow. Idk, it was crazy sis. I would just keeping making love and just lay there afterwards and saturate. Take prenatals  and order some fertility supplements on Amazon, they have plenty.
