I use both. EPO for increasing cervical mucus (only take pre-ovulation) and Baby Aspirin 81 mg to help with implantation and miscarriage risks.
EPO was on the list of Lifestyle Choices for ttc that my RE gave me. I have not used it, but he recommended it. I know others on this forum have used it with success./
I don't know anything about the EPO , but I know the baby aspirin is suppose to thin your blood so that you don't form clots that might get in the vessels leading to the placenta/fetus. You should only take it under advisement of doctor and it suppose to be taken if you've been diagnosed with immunity antibodies or antiphosphoid lipid syndrome. Otherwise you're probably just spinning your wheels.
