hi  please help me , just had my first ivf icci and it failed its so getting me dwn, all we want is baby to complete us. My husband has low sperm count and now it fails to come through, so he had to have it extracted, and we still got some in the freezer, for nxt use, but its me i was fine untill i had several bloodtests done and my hormone levels are 11, i,ve had several accupuntures to help and it did help it bought my levels dwn to 6, so they started my treatment of injections, two weeks of the meds,  still going for bloods and scan 3 times a week even then i wasn,t producing enough eggs, then the retreival which they only found two eggs, but only one fertilized, then i had it put back in me the 2 days later, putting my hopes and chance on that one embryo, 2 weeks later it came out negative, i am so gutted, i feel like i have done somthing wrong or failed somwhere. they put me on menapur and sulp........sorry i can,t rember the name, now they are saying they will try different drugs to help, what are these drugs and what will help or what can i do to help myself, i need your advice about what you do and how embryo can stay inside and what went wrong.

I know how you feel, I had 4 transfered back and none frozen.  I also got my neg this week.  I can't begin to tell you how much I have cried.  I wanted my babies so MUCH!  I listen to you anytime you want to talk.

I am so sorry to hear about your poor cycle. It is always such a let down to go through so much and have that kind of outcome!

I can't say much about what went wrong, of course fertilization is usually lower with TESA sperm than with a fresh sample.  They probably did your first cycle is an agonist, and are going to try the next cycle with an antagonist.
