polycystic ovary sydrome and large endometrical

i m 25 married women my treatment for pcos is going on frm last 4 months , i had multiples follicles in both ovary..and endometerical thickness is 11 mm today when i taken my ultrasound  still i pcos but follicles are decreased ... and my endo thickness is 8 mm...both the ovaries are still enlarged i m little disappointed from my ovary progess. should i change my docter...
or what should i do ..i want to conceive soon

I would wait this one cycle out but if this doesn't work and you aren't happy then I would go to a different doctor but the thing is if this is your first time of doing assisted reproduction then it will take some time bc the doctors need to know how you respond to the meds.  I also have PCOS and hte first time we did a fresh cycle for IVF it got cancelled bc I responded to well to the meds... Then the next time the doctors new exactly what to do and it worked and we got 25 follicles and 18 of them fertilized and we had to do a FET due to OHSS.  We got pregnant with our DS who is now 16 months old .. just did another FET and am pregnant again 5 weeks along.
