I hear so many stories too where Dr.'s r quick to terminate a pregnancy that is really there. Let us know what is going on. Hope n pray for the best.  ;0)

thank you so much
I know it sounds crazy, but with my other tranfers I had a gut feeling they hadn't taken. I was right.
My gut feeling is that there is a baby in there. I just know it. I will not be pressured into a d&c. My husband feels exactly the same way, that s from a mere male lol.
He has been wonderful support.

yes I have a little boy, he was concieved in 2009. I feel so pregnant, even to the same rash on my back that
i had with his pregnancy. they say wait until 10 weeks before you consider a D&C with a blighted ovum.
As I said before on my sons scans, it took them 3 scans to find a heartbeat. so I am convinced that I am in a similar situation.
won't give up until god shows me the outcome, not a mere mortal : )

Last week (July 14), I went for my 2nd ultrasound. We were all suprised to see 2 yolks in opposite polar ends of the sac! Remember I only had 1 embryo transferred back. My doc thought she saw a vague heartbeat in one but wanted me to come again today (July 17) to confirm a stronger heartbeat (or hearbeats if both were viable). So we were kind of excited at the prospect of getting monozygotic twins!!!

So once again we waited and this morning we were eager to get a confirmation that all is well. Unfortunately fate had other plans. I could see how sad my doc was and I realized there was no change in the ultrasound image, no heartbeat, no clear bean next to the yolks. Well ladies, despite the high HCG levels, my little strong embryo, just couldn't hold on. I have to confess, I kind of expected this although I prayed for the opposite outcome. It was too good to be true. I stop my progestrone today and I will wait for a week. If nothing happens, one final ultrasound to be sure. Then a D&C and test the tissue for trisomy. Today I'm 7 weeks prego and I'm glad to know that I did get pregnant.

It's sad for DH and me but we believe things happen for a reason. As they say, this too will pass.

Hugs from me to you all.
