I agree with jjsh44. I am 34 and have been trying to get pregnant for over a year. Same as you, time is of the essence. I had a laproscopy and hysteroscopy and the dye test to make sure that the egg was getting through in January. also, make sure your DH has a SA done to eliminate problems there. And then at least you can feel reassured. Mine came back all ok, and now my RE has put me on the Clomid, just in the middle of my first cycle now. I know that I ovulate..but my scan on CD11 said that I had 4 follicles ready to ovulate. So I would get outself checked as soon as possible. It is for peace of mind too....good luck with it all, hope it all works out for you.
First of all I am sorry for your struggles, I know how frustrating it is. Have you ever seen an RE? Also, there are some tests that maybe you should do such as an HSG (to see if there is any blockage in your tubes) and maybe a laparascopy to check for adhesions & or scar tissue near or around your reproductive organs. Possibly even on your organs. Since you feel you don't have time to waste (which I completely understand) I would definately recommend finding an RE in your area or have your doctor refer you to one.
