short period why?

I want to ask why my period only lasted 3 days then started to spot blood very little and also came on a day late. Im normally on for 5 days. Ive taken 3 pregnancy tests an its came back not pregnant yet all ive been doing is urinating a lot more felt sick, vomitted twice, had bad lower back pain, headaches, dizziness. I dont understand what it could be?

Update... I had my appointment at the docs an they checked my wee said its fine just a bit of blood in it and that i may be pregnant now have to wait another week to take a test fed up waiting if im honest just want to no what it is

Ok thank you ive got a docs appointment on wednesday so fingers crossed it all goes well

You might want to see a doctor because it could be something other than pregnancy.
