Might sound scary, but I would ask for an MRI of your pituitary; or at least for a further explanation of why your prolactin is high (do you know how high?). Just bringing your prolactin down does not ensure ovulation; you may need to have your ovulation induced with GnRH (http://www.ivf.com/gnrh.html). I have a one year old son and just finished another cycle using that method (high prolactin due to a pituitary adenoma); 2WW right now, fingers crossed for baby #2! Hope this helps.
Ask your dr to check your cd21 progesterone levels to make sure you ovulate. If not, that can be corrected with a simple medication.
