Okay , If anyone can help me out with advice that would be great! I have dabilitating cramps when I'm on my period (sometimes so bad I vomit, have diahrrea and/or can't go to work) I have to lay in bed until it finally subsides. Ocassionally when my husband and I have intercourse it will be painful to the point that we have to stop and it will go from a stabbing pain to so bad it feels like my insides are exploding out. This can't be normal! My husband is in the Army so I went to an army gyno finally who had me do some testing (she said it sounded like endometriosis). Well I did an ultrasound, and an HSG. I never heard back about the ultrasound, until I went to get my HSG a week later. I asked the male doc if he could pull up the records for my ultrasound, the week prior, which he did, and he said he didn't see the pictures but it was written that i had a normal ultra sound. Upon doing the HSG, the doc had a really hard time getting the tube into my cervix (and OH MY GOD did it hurt!) He said my cervix might be tilted and that the ultrasound probably couldn't see that. (My cervix has always been located on the front of my vaginal wall)..It took him two tries and about 4 minutes to finally get it in. Then he injected the dye which was horribly painful and made me feel like I was going to vomit. (Fortunately it stopped as soon as he did.) Well my husband was in the room and watching the x-ray screen. Upon finishing the doc said my uterus looked normal and my right f-tube was open, but the left one he wasn't SURE about. He said it could be blocked or open, he COULDN'T TELL. My husband later told me that my left f-tube is definitely blocked from what he saw. (Huge difference in dye flow in comparison with right.) My husband and I have been trying for a couple years to get pregnant. I'm only 23, and I also tried with my ex husband for a couple years and (thankfully) no success there either, so I don't think it's my husband.. and then there's the issue of the awful pain during periods and sex. And now i'm being told that a tilted cervix (is that the same thing as uterus?) doesn't give you infertility issues. What should I do? Does anyone know more bout tube blockage, or tilted cervix's? I have no idea where to go now. We're trying to get pregnant and this pain can not be normal! Help!
