My dh's first SA results showed only 40% good or normal motility, and 40% normal morphology. He started taking a prostate blend (zinc, magnesium, vit e, selenium, saw palmetto, pumpkin seed, lycopene, pygeum extract), and 3 weeks later, morphology was up to 69% and motility to 50%. I don't know if it was the vitamins that helped or not. Has your doctor checked to see if you have a varicocele? Do you wear boxers or briefs? I'm sure you know this, but boxers are better for semen quality.

I was actually talking with a friend over the weekend about this - and she said her husband actually took Clomid to increse sperm count!! I thought it was only for women, but I reread the package insert and it did say for male infertility, too!!
Really? I didn't know that! I have read that bodybuilders use it off label sometimes, but I did not know that it could help with male infertility.
I didn't either, except that when I read the package insert, it didn't even say anything about female fertility, just male!!

To me is told that if man has too low FSH hormone level then clomid can boost semen count up. FSH hormone is produced by some part of the brain. My hormone levels are already checked and they were ok. Clomid can
