Hi ladies im new to this group. My ?? Is how soon after removing the mirena iud did u get pregnant? Also did u have a period soon after removal??

My friend had her Mirena removed and got pregnant the first time she has sex.
I had a period right after removal and it lasted about two weeks. That was a year and 3 months ago and we are still trying to get pregnant. My dr said I could get pregnant right away.
