Anyone who's had a laparoscopy i need some advice!!!

I had a laparoscopy in April and for the 2 months after my cycle was the same as per my laparoscopy every 28-30days.  However, since July my cycles have varied between 19 and 35 days is this normal?  for me it's not and it's getting frustrating as now i'm not even sure when i ovulate if i'm getting a cycle as early as 19 days since my last.

I've given up on getting pregnant on my own and am now waiting to hear when i'l be given IVF but i'm worrying that something else may be wrong now my cycles are all over the place, i usually get bad cramps when AF is due or arrived so far this month i've had nothing, i'm so fed up and not sure what to do :(

Thanks very much, i think it might be the endo that's stopping me conceiving otherwise it's my partners sperm motility is maybe a little to slow.  I also had adhesions which were removed and my right tube was twisted so it wasn't very good results i was devastated when i found out there was so much wrong down there.

I'm praying for a miracle but don't see it happening on my own especially now i'm 3 years and 2 months ttc on my own.  I wish you loads of luck with your pregnancy and hope you have a very painless labour when the time comes :)

I had lap done 6 months ago and I did notice it messed with my cycles a bit, not to the extreme that you are dealing with though. I did contact my dr during that time and he said its normal because of the removal of the adhesions. They found moderate endo. I had been ttc many many years without any meds (and after having 2 children unplanned and very easily) and they basically said it was probably the endo. I finally got pregnant naturally last month..which was 5 mnts after my lap. We were in complete shock! Try not to give up!! I do believe the pregnancy was a direct result of my lap!!! Good luck to you!
