well, you need to have sex around your time of ovulation, if you have 28 day cycle, you should be ovulating on around 13-14 day. you can use a OPK to check. then, after sex, its better to elevate your bottom with a pillow. and realx and lay down for atleast 30mts. more important is try to not get stress, tension. and eat more fruits and vegetables. take pre-natal vitamins, is the best way to start :) and Hope you will see your BFP sooooonnnn:-) Good Luck
