Menstrual Cycle?

I'm in the process of receiving AI. My mentrual cycle is 28 days, however after my first AI Procedure I've had a second cycle in the same month! (Full blown bleeding). Going forward, which cycle do I now calculate from, the first one, or this second one? And it obviously now means, I've lost the "egg" and didn't "take"...? Is it necessary to still do a pregnancy test?

Thanks so much for this!!! I've made an appointment with my Gynae! So despite 2 menstrual cycles in 1 month I go from 2nd cycle which changes all dates for future AI totally! Thank you for this advice! Will keep you posted...

HI,
Since you have got your normal periods after the AI, it means that the AI was not successful. It is not necessary to do a pregnancy test. You should calculate your days from the second cycle and proceed accordingly. Consult your Doctor.
