No cramping and 3 days post transfer...

3dpt with no cramps, nothing different at all. Has this happened to anyone else? With my last failed transfer, I had a lot of cramping and everyone said it was a good sign but it failed. With this transfer, I don't feel a thing...strange..should I be concerned?

I have no cramps or pain at all for 2 cycles and got BFP on both cycles, but early MC and ectopic that is another stories.  Last cycle, I got a lot of cramps and hope for twin but turn out BFN.  Maybe it's just me.
