I have heard that an organic diet is good. I have tried organic with fertile aid supp, did not get preg with this method....but I have other problems as well.
i dont think soy is good i researched it online and it says too much is bad for you and can cause infertility!! I always knew something was wrong about being a vegetarian but on the note of vitamins depends on what you are looking for they have one brand called Micheals for the female reproductive (u can see it on evitamins.com) its supposed to be really good. Me i take Vitex and Damiana; the vitex helps regulate ur cycle and help u ovulate (which is working for me so far but no BFP yet) and the damiana is just to help relax you. The thing i would suggest is read about the vitamins and the ingredients and see what fits you best. i was reading bout damiana when i found info on Vitex and decided it would be good me i had taken Depo shots and just knew i was ovulating i wasnt having signs at all but since taking now i do.
Have you had any bloodwork done? If not, it's a good place to start. At our age, natural conception isn't always an option. In many cases it is, but not always. We also have a much higher mc rate. I have had 3 now. One at 12wks and 2 very early. My FSH is still in normal range, so I am hoping it will still happen.
DHEA, soy and wheat grass and accupuncture are the current routes the "AMA" ladies are using most. I am looking into the DHEA and accupunture myself. Good luck! If I can help in any way, feel free to send me a note or message :)
