Need suggestions!!!

Hi everyone, I was supposed to start IVF last month..but could not start because my progestrone level was high and I had cyst in my ovaries so, my RE put me on BC  pills for 2 weeks..now my reports came out normal and I am going to start my cycle soon..But, I should not wait for my periods to start the medication this time..so, is it normal? Has anybody done this ever because what I know is it should start from day 2 or 3..

I am so confused what should I do?
So, I did call to my RE to clarify something because I will have to start my medication from this weekend.. Earlier, they said I should not call them if I get my periods but now they are saying if I dnt get spotting or periods by Sunday I need to tell them..and my date would be 25-26 .. So, I am confused?? How will I get periods so early??

I have heard frozen food and caffeine should not be taken while doing the treatment?
Is there any special diet needs to be followed?
Is the whole procedure painful..will it effect on my regular activities?
I am so curious to know..

Hello, this happened on my first cycle of ivf, had a cyst so went on bc pills. When you finish your pills they should actually give you a bleed a couple days after last pill, thats when I began the ivf. best wishes melissax

Cont. And my RE said that I should not wait for periods to start the medication.. Is it normal??
