Very irregular cycles after first child

After my daughter was born in august 2009 I have had almost no periods. I had one in October 09 and one in december 09. After that the next one I had was induced with progesterone on July 4 2010. I had a normal period august 18 10 and not one since. Anyone else have such irregularity after having a child? I have not breastfed at all and before I got pregnant I was irregular but not like this. My cycles were usually between 30-46 days the longest being 53 days. I am now on cd 67 and I'm tired of this. My doctor won't give me any advice, she just says to come in for my yearly exam. I just wanted to hear what other ladies have experienced ;) I am currently ttc #2 and not having much luck

Aren't they expensive? I'm not sure if my insurance covers that kind of stuff. I have Medicaid (because of personal reasons) and I'm not sure what kind of specialty clinics they cover.

Please google SHEEHAN's syndrome, since u mentioned inability to lactate and aminorrhea both following birth of ur 1st child. Was it a traumatic delivery with alot of blood loss?
Also google ASHERMAN's syndrome if it was a surgical delivery (c section) or if u had any uterine procedures (eg d&c) or uterine infection following it.
I hope you find a diagnosis to ur condition so that u and ur dr can work out a plan for treatment.
