i was searching for belly buddies for 2010 and couldnt find a thread so thought i would start one....
This is my first pregnancy and i am thrilled...took alot of injections and 6 iui's to get here, but it is SO worth it :)
Having a few symptoms...nausea, headaches, and sharp pains in my lower abdomin when i get up or am laying down and roll over.
Go for bloodwork on Tuesday. My number on Friday was 215&they said they want it to be x4 of that by Tuesday...so having a few worries but staying positive for the most part...hard not to worry when you want something so desperately!

I go for my first ultrasound on April 19th in which I will be 7.5 weeks...so excited!! I was having cramping last night...always makes me nervous something bad is happening...oh dear god the worries!! lol
Congrats to you !! I have been wearing a sports bra like 24 hrs a day..that somewhat helps :)
Have you had your first ultrasounds yet? I am so excited and anxious for mine...it is April 20th to find out how many...the doctor said it may be too early to hear a heartbeat to not be alarmed if i dont hear one yet...that the appointment was to see how many and where.

I did not really have much symptoms at all so you don't always need symptoms to be preggo :) but my very first sign was tender breasts and not even overly tender just mildly...but you can experience cramping...the way I put it into perspective when I was in the TWW was I asked myself...if any of these symptoms are similar to my normal monthly dont get overly excited...but when I got the sore breasts I know it was out of character for my normal PMS and thats when I tested a BFP 2days early!! Keep the faith, I tried for 2.3 years naturally then off to fertility clinic and 6 weeks now. Stay positive and beleive it can happen! :)

This my first pregnancy too! We tried naturally for 2.3 years and did not work, so we moved on to the fertility options, there was male factor problems,clomid and 2 IUI's later and a BFP!!! yay...my symptoms are sore boobs! headaches, moody, tired(yawning all day at work), mild cramping.

Your symptoms sound very promising to me ! The 1st symptom i had was sharp stabbing pains. Like if i went to stand up. Or if i was laying and turned on my side, or switched positions i would get these sharp pains...they made me so worried...but turns out it was a good thing ! I still get them...the doctor told me that it was streching of the uterus that causes those pains :)) That odd taste in your mouth...is it like metallic? The taste of metallic is a symptom of pregnancy too ! I surely know how you feel about wanting it so bad...I hope this is your time and you get that BFP ! When can you test? I have not done IVF so i dont have that much knowledge...i had taken a trigger shot before and after my IUI so i wasnt able to test until 17 days afterward so i didnt get a false BFP.

Hey Ladies! I just had IVF (5 day embryo transfer) done on 3/31/10. I am 7 days past transfer and am experiencing some symptoms. On Thursday I had cramping (sharp stabbing pain) going on. Friday same. Saturday got really really sick in the am.. vomiting. Felt kinda queasy the rest of the day but no more vomiting since then. On Saturday my breasts went from sore to really really tender.. they actually sting to the touch at times. I have had dry mouth and a weird taste in my mouth almost all day long. Today I work up to my heart pounding out of my chest. Not fast just pounding hard.. Could that be related to this? Today I also started with the fluttering tummy... ?! Whats that all about? Weird! 2 more days... Ugh! I want this soooo bad. Is this all in my head?
1st day of last period was March 2 or 3rd. I wish Tuesday would hurry up and get here!!! I am soo impatient !
My number on sat was 50 but they said it was good so i not to worry. when were u first day of ur period? last month i mean?
