clomid and pregnant

please help. i had my last period dec. 29th. went  to see dr. on jan31st, he did a vaginal ultrasound and said looks like i did not ovulate. did not do blood work. started clomid that day for 5 days. feeling very nauseous on feb. 4th and took a home pregnancy test which was positive. is this positive due to clomid? what if i am pregnant and took clomid?

I have been on clomid for the past 2 cycles and never got a positive. I am really not sure if it would give you a false positive or not. I would just call you dr and see. good luck
