Period implanation bleeding or something else?

So I'm 23 ttc 6 years have pcos taken round of clomid ect unsuccessful so after nothing happening my dr transferred me to a fertility clinic after test scans ect decided to go for iui so last month she put me on pill so new when j would come on when I started my period phoned up cd1 went in for scan day 2 then had gonal f injections for 5 days then had trigger shot cd 9 had iui cd 11 so after that I've had back ache tender boobs mood swings break outs bloated almost from day one but after 6 years I don't get my hopes up after failing every other month :( so now it's cd 22 and this morning I wiped and pink on the paper panic mode thinking how can it be my period or thinking it's something else so it's 12 days after my iui any ideas should I be worried? I tried to call my clinic but no answer I don't have regular periods j take metformin for that and never spotted or had anything before cd 30+ thanks

It's my first round was thinking maybe because of the pill or something but I'm not sure I never get a period on cd 22 anyway earliest I expect it is cd 29 have mild cramps not bright red it like a pinky colour I put a pad in and only has a bit on it not really like a period but surely to early for period? I hate waiting lol

it could just be spotting or implantation bleeding, if it only when you wipe.   maybe this round was successful for you
