Do hot flushes go away?

Hi girls ive just started on clomid 100mg and oh my god!! All nite im awake well it feels like all nite and i get these hot flushes every so offten. Im finding them really bad,i was just wondering if anyone has had the same problem and is there anything i can do to help calm them down. I was on 50mg clomid before and didnt feel a thing but i also didnt have any follicles so i hope these hot flushes mean somithing is happening inside.

the RE prescribed Ovidrel(sp?) as my trigger shot. I do ovulate myself, so I am hoping for more than one folles.

  This is my first month on clomid. I am 43 and trying to concieve after having 3 miscarriages. My dr put me on it and I just got a + opk now.I have been cramping so bad today.I hope this means I have got atleast 1 good egg. I am going to try naturally this cycle.

With myself when i took 50mg of clomid i didnt have any side effects at all and when i went for my scans i did not have any follies at all but that was just me there are other women on here who dont have any syptoms and lots of follies so i wouldnt worry too much. About the iui ur re will only do it if there is a big follicle so ask the size. Are u having a trigger shot also?

can you ladies help me understand how the IUI process work? I took Clomid day 3-7 last week. the nurse told m eto go back for day 12 monitoring and scheduled me for Wed 29th. the thing is that Wednesday 29th is my day 11. do you think I should call and bring this to her attention? or one day doesnt make much difference?

Another thing is that I didnot sexperience any symptom what so ever while on Clomid. Does that mean that I was not responsive to Clomid? is there any relation between the severity of symptoms and the number of follies?

Im on cycle day 2-6 i really hope this 100mg works 50mg did nothing so i was really upset. How long u been on clomid?

I take 100mg, too. I take mine in the am and the heat waves seem to pass b4 I go to bed. When I took it at night, it really made sleeping unbearable.

Hi silvermist,
     I am on 50mg and had really bad hot flashes too!  They  were really bad at first then near my ovulation they satrted to lessen a bit.I took some tylenol for cramping at night and it helped with the hot flashes. There is really nothing else you can do. What cycle day are you on? I took clomid on day 3-7. Good luck girl.   Baby dust to you!
