Tight "band" in my lower abdomen

Anyone know what this could be? It's in my lower abdomen and it feels incredibly tight and when I touch it it feels like a very hard band going horizontlly across. I've never had this before. It's very uncomfortable.

I have been getting like a non-painful spasm right in the center of my abdomen about 1 or 2 inches below my belley button.

Kinda almost feels like a tickel and its so strong that it wants to fold me up.

Anyone Have Any Ideas What It Might Be?

I don't know anything about temping. I just took my temp and it was 99.2. Is that high for 12 dpo? Normal for me is about 97.6 or so. I have one more FRER. I guess I'll test tomorrow, too. I've read where lots of women don't get a BFP until 14 dpo.
