Progesterone

I started the progesterone suppositories 3 days ago and will be using them for 2 weeks and then HPT test. Does it cause mood swings? I feel agitated at a slightest thing. So much so that I scream on my DH and say really bad things. Will this stress affect the baby-making? I am really worried. Please let me know.

I think excessive stress may affect you in general but I really think if the egg and sperm do the tango, stress isn't going to stop the implantation!  DH and I had a not so good arguement the weekend right after our second IUI.  It was almost to the point where I had him sleeping in the guest room!  However, we worked things out but I thought that arguement might have affected the "tango" but it didn't.  That IUI was the one that worked and Im now in my 1oth week.

Keep me posted on your results!  SSBD!!!!!

Thanks for your inputs. Maybe the progesterone suppositories are causing this. But I will try to stay calm and practice meditation as needed. Thanks for praying for me. Good luck to you too!

i ttc, and i practice on pose to relieve the stress and bring calm in me,,i will tell u,,hold ur palm straight and touch the tip of the little finger of that of the thumb, while other fingers are straight,,,You can practice on both palms at the same time also,,,,
Stress and anxiety,,to say frankly affects,,,
This progesterone, has various effect like mood swing, depressiond, fainting(iam on proge` and i almost get fainted after 20minu,,then i cannot jus t become steady for 21/2 hrs,,,so be careful on driving,,if u experience the same,,)

It shouldn't affect you too much since its not travelling through your blood system.  Its pretty localizatized at this point.  however, each person can react differently to any type of med.  I didn't notice that with me and Im still on them until I reach 10wks, which is this Sunday.  

Mood swings maybe due to the stress of ttc, at least that is what I likened mine to and now, its the pg!
