Proxeed is about $180 for 1 month supply and about $370 for a 3-month supply (Proxeed.com). It is pricey. The doctor suggested he take this since his sperm count is low and so is his motility. I just wanted to know if anybody had tried it befoew we purchase it. Since this is our 2nd IVF cycle, we are pretty much doing everything we can to hopefully have a better outcome. Our eggs were top notch after the implantation, and the doctor was totally surprised that they didn't take. The only thing he suggested were these pills since they did have to inject his sperm into my eggs.
Go take a look at www.ovulex.com there is another natural drug on there called Amberoz that my hubby is now on, it is said to do the same as what you are looking for and this is natural and not too expensive.
Hey, i forgot to ask, why do you need this Proxeed? my RE said they only need good one (sperm) to meet the egg. are they doing the ICSI?
I heard that before from my DHs urologist. He prescribed it to him, but the insurance do not cover it, so since we were doing doing ivf, my RE said he's fine.
May I know how much is the cost of it? if you don't mind me asking..
thank you and GOODLUCK!!
