Reversal of Tubeligation

I am 40 years old and have remarried already now for 9 years together, 12 years ago I had a tubeligation that was cut and burned? My husband and I wish to conceive another child and reverse the process, can this be done? Is it safe? Does United Health Care Group pay a portion of the expenses? If so, I would like to sign up for an programs that may allow us to begin the process.
