Starting Clomid!

Today is CD 1. On CD 3-7 I will be taking Clomid. I'm excited and nervous, just really hoping this will work for me. Any experiences and/or tips on Clomid that might be helpful to me are welcomed :) How many cycles did it take for you to get pregnant?

The 5 days of Clomid went very well. Just some hot flashes and a small bit of cramping. Nothing bad at all!

i got pregnant on 6th round and ended up in MC just now on thursday december. this is not a very enjoyable christmas for me.
sides effects are kind of common to pregnancy symptoms and they happen according to women bodies and how they react to medication.
so hope fully you all get pregnant soon with healthy babies.

Best of luck

Not looking forward to nasty side effects but will GLADY accept them if it gets me closer to being a mommy. I work nightshift, so I will be taking then in the mornings when I get off of work before going to sleep. Thanks for that advice, I haven't heard that before :) Good luck to all of you ladies!

What does hotflashes several weeks after Clomid mean? I took it about 4 wks ago and have been experiencing severe hotflashes all day for the past two wks. I have irregular periods and progestrone level was low at day 21 so I don't think I'm pregnant.

I am halfway through my first cycle of Clomid and the only advice I can give is take it at night! If you take it at night then you will be asleep when/if you suffer any side effects. The only one I have had so far is hot flashes! I am basically freezing my hubby out of bed some nights and I have them sometimes during the day. I have not had one in a few days so hopefully they have gone away! Good luck and baby dust!!!!!
