Missed Period not Pregnant

Hi I'm am 27 years old and on my third month on Clomid because I have PCOS and wanting to get pregnant. My period is 15 days late and home pregnancy test shows negative. The question is, could I be pregnant and its still too early to detect? Or is it that clomid can make you skip your period.
Please someone help me out here. I don't want to eat or drink anything wrong in case I could be pregnant.

Thanks in advance

Hello, the reason you may not be getting your period is that the clomid has given you a cxyst(which usually can prevent menstruation). It happened to me, i was on forth cycle of clomid and due to start ivf but couldnt because the damn clomid(not a fan of the stuff) had given me a cyst, ironically you have to take the birth control pill to shrink it.Get it checked out at the dr's, they will need to do a US to see. On the other hand it would be wonderful if you were preggers!! let us all know best wishes melissa

Hi there I too have pcos I never ovulate on my own! I take progesterone to induce period then take clomid day 3-7 then us n bw then if mature follicle then iui. I've done this 3x!! Today I had iui so 2ww!! If af comes then do this all over again!! If I don't take clomid on day 3-7 to keep my cycles of meds going then I will not get af next month for sure!! My hormone imbalance cuz of pcos is outrageous!! I also take metformin extended release.if ur pcos is anything like mine u should see a doc to get on track!! Good luck!!
