Taking Geritol and Prenatal Vitamins

I know that it’s an old tale, but how many women have been successful with getting pregnant from taking Geritol and Prenatal Vitamins?

Prenatal Vitamins really don't help you get pregnant.  :>)  They help you have a healthy pregnancy.  And there is absolutely no evidence that Geritol (a multivitamin) actually boosts fertility either.  This article talks about it.  It was never true.  However, being in good overall health gives you the best chance of conceiving.  Eating well, getting rest, being the proper weight, etc. all aid in the body functioning just as it should to make pregnancy happen.
